    Adult/Geriatric Neuropsychologist Position at California Brain Health Center

    We are excited to announce two new positions (one-full time position and one half-time position) for an adult/geriatric neuropsychologist at our growing group private practice, California Brain Health Center (CBHC)! The main office is located in Mill Valley/Sausalito with a satellite office in downtown Napa, and additional plans for expansion in progress. Primary referrals include outpatient neurology and primary care. Marin County has one of the oldest populations in the country, and as such, a significant proportion of patients present with various dementia syndromes (Alzheimer’s disease, movement disorders, and stroke are most common). TBI, ADHD, epilepsy, and cancer-related cognitive impairment are other common diagnoses. Additional opportunities for cognitive rehabilitation and/or psychotherapy are plentiful.

    Prerequisites for the adult/geriatric neuropsychologist:

    ● Doctoral degree from an APA and/or CPA accredited doctoral program in clinical

    psychology

    ● Successful completion of an APA and/or CPA accredited predoctoral internship

    ● Successful completion of a two-year postdoctoral residency in clinical neuropsychology

    ● Active license as a psychologist or eligibility for licensure as a psychologist in California

    ● ABPP board certification in clinical neuropsychology or eligibility to pursue ABPP board

    certification in clinical neuropsychology AND motivation to pursue ABPP board

    certification
