More of a referral request than a job posting...

I am in search of a Tigrinya-speaking neuropsychologist, or at least someone who is very familiar with cultures of Eritrea and/or northern Ethiopia.  This is for a monolingual patient in Oakland, California with CHCN Blue Cross insurance.  She would likely pay out of pocket.
